ScaleEnabler AI agents are designed to help accounting firms explore practical, governed ways to improve client readiness, intake, document preparation, BAS/bookkeeping triage, workflow clarity and handoff quality.
2. No professional advice
AI-agent responses do not provide tax, accounting, financial, legal, business, compliance or professional advice. They are intended to help clarify context, prepare questions, identify information to gather, and support more productive conversations with qualified professionals.
3. Human oversight required
AI-agent outputs should be reviewed by appropriately qualified people before any action is taken. The agents are not a substitute for accountants, advisers, lawyers, financial professionals or firm staff exercising professional judgement.
4. Accuracy and limitations
AI systems can misunderstand context, omit relevant issues, produce incomplete summaries, or generate inaccurate or unsuitable wording. Users should verify information independently and confirm important matters with qualified professionals.
5. Do not submit sensitive information
